Refund policy

We have a 28 day return policy which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Exceptions apply for custom order products - ( see below : “Exceptions/ non returnable items).  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply contact us at info@allabouteve.online to let us know you will be returning your item and send it back to us.  We recommend using a tracked service as we are unable to process refunds until we receive the item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).   Bespoke furniture items are not eligible for return unless damaged, and in this case we ask that the damages are reported within 72 hours and you send us photo's of the damages to allabouteveuk@gmail.com.  Any bespoke home furnishings will have this noted clearly on the product information page.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Refunds will only be given for damaged/defective goods.  Otherwise a credit note to the value of the item will be offered outwith the 7 day period.   We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (for damaged/defective goods only), otherwise, a credit note to the value will be issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
