Terms of service

Returns are accepted up to 28 days from the date of purchase.  Items returned within 7 days will be eligible for a full cash refund provided the items are returned to us in the original condition and all packaging in place.  

Bespoke order furniture items are not eligible for return unless these arrive damaged. Any products that this applies to will have this noted on the product page.   Any damages must be reported to us within 72 hours and we would ask that you please attach photographs and e-mail them to us at info@allabouteve.online.
